Operations Support Officer
Smart Energies is seeking a dedicated and physically capable Operations Support Officer to strengthen our team in Lagos. This role is fundamental to our logistics and delivery operations, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of gas cylinders and other operational assets.
You will be responsible for supporting warehouse activities, managing inventory, and assisting with deliveries, often working with minimal supervision. Your honesty, punctuality, and ability to keep accurate records are paramount to maintaining our high standards of service and safety. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute directly to the operational backbone of a leading energy provider.

Key Responsibilities
- Support daily warehouse and logistics operations, including the handling and movement of gas cylinders
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and deliveries using basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Ensure punctuality and dependability in all assigned tasks, often working with minimal supervision
- Demonstrate honesty and integrity in handling company assets and information
- Be willing to work flexible hours and travel for deliveries as required
- Adhere to all safety protocols and operational guidelines
- Assist with general operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow
Qualifications

Hold a minimum of a BSc Degree

Be physically fit and comfortable with the lifting and moving of cylinders and other operational equipment

Exhibit strong personal qualities of honesty, punctuality, and dependability, with the ability to work autonomously

Possess basic literacy and numeracy skills, capable of keeping simple records accurately

Demonstrate willingness to work flexible hours and travel for deliveries when necessary

Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or gas-handling is an advantage

Must be based in or able to work effectively in Lagos State
