- Crimson Oak is looking for a motivated, organised Operations Support Intern to join our Abuja office.
- You'll work directly with our partner on the ground, keeping projects on track and helping the office run smoothly day to day.
- This role is open to NYSC corpers.
Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Abuja office

Coordinate projects and tasks across teams, tracking progress and flagging delays early
-
Keep project plans, trackers and schedules up to date

Organise meetings, events and client engagements, including logistics and preparation

Draft reports, briefing notes and presentations
-
Serve as a reliable point of contact for communication and follow-up, and represent the office at meetings when needed

Spot inefficiencies and suggest practical improvements

Required Experience
-
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Political Science or a related field

Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease

Clear, professional communication, plus confidence with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

A self-starter who represents the organization well, professional, personable and reliable
