OPERATIONS / SUPPLY LEAD
Salary range: N500,000 – N600,000
Role Mandate:
Build and manage the operational backbone required to support the company's transition into larger-scale distribution.
Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate procurement, supply planning, inventory, warehousing and order fulfilment.

· Establish operational SOPs and controls.

· Forecast stock requirements with Commercial/Sales.

· Prevent stock-outs, overstocking, losses and fulfilment delays.

· Manage suppliers and operational service providers.

· Improve efficiency as order and distribution volumes increase.
Requirements

· Strong FMCG/supply-chain/operations experience.

· Excellent process-building and problem-solving ability.

· Inventory and supply-planning competence.
-
· Comfortable introducing structure into a growing operation.

· Strong numerical and analytical skills.
