Operations Supervisor The Kowa Studio is a multi-disciplinary Nigerian lifestyle brand and ongoing project of self-expression deeply rooted in design, community, and care. Based in Lagos, Nigeria, the brand's name is short for kowadakowa, a Hausa word meaning "everyone," which reflects its ultimate mission to create spaces and products that bring people together.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in operations, administration, logistics, retail, fashion, or a related environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Good problem solving and decision making abilities.
-
Experience with inventory and order management systems is extremely important. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
