About this role

Operations Supervisor

The successful candidate will oversee daily operational activities, coordinate vendors and service providers, support procurement and supply chain activities, monitor inventory and distribution, prepare operational reports, and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
The role also involves working closely with Finance, HR, IT, production, and other teams to resolve operational issues and drive continuous process improvement.

Monitor daily operational activities and ensure adherence to established processes and service standards
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure contract compliance and timely service delivery
Manage the department's procurement requests; raising purchase orders, obtaining approvals, and reconciling invoices
Track stock levels, manage reorder processes, and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance reports for management review
Support regulatory compliance activities including documentation, internal audits, and regulatory submissions
Liaise with finance, HR, IT, Production and commercial teams on cross-functional operational matters
Support the implementation of new systems, tools, and process changes within the operations function
Resolve operational issues promptly and escalate complex matters to management.

Bachelor's degree (minimum Second Class Lower) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in an operations or process management role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of stock management principles, procurement cycles, and logistics coordination
Experience in project management (Construction) or Electronics
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without compromising quality.
