Overview
A luxury haircare retail outlet is hiring Operations Supervisor to run their atelier floor, drive productivity, enforce discipline, and lead a team.
Responsibilities
- Own the Floor: Conduct daily opening/closing audits, maintain flawless standards, and deliver immediate technical feedback on client services.
- Lead & Enforce: Manage conduct, hold monthly 1-on-1s, execute formal disciplinaries, and manage shift rotas across 7 trading days.
- Drive Results: Optimize chair utilization, monitor service times, manage stock discipline, and keep equipment running smoothly.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience supervising a hands-on service floor (salon, spa, clinic, hospitality, or retail).
- Direct experience managing teams of 10+ people and applying formal disciplinary processes through to written outcomes.
