In this role you will provide leadership and direction for a team of entry-level production employees to ensure customer demand is met Coordinate production activities to support daily distribution requirements, including local delivery routes and shuttle operations You will lead reliability, compliance, quality, and safety initiatives to meet government and environmental regulations Ensure team members are trained and committed to Linde Safety and Quality systems, coordinating training with the Compliance Manager Monitor production outputs and staffing levels to maintain efficiency, anticipate problems, and develop contingency plans Responsible for communicating and collaborating with first shift counterpart to ensure smooth operations and effective shift handoffs
