About the Role Based in Guadalajara, Campus Norte, the Operations Supervisor reports to the Operations Manager and supports efficient manufacturing, analyzes optimization opportunities, supports continuous improvement, and conducts time and motion studies to improve operations. What You'll Do
- Assist in the design, analysis, and optimization of production processes.
- Create and update technical documentation: process sheets, work instructions, and flow diagrams.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at reducing costs, cycle times, and waste.
- Contribute to the implementation of production control systems and performance metrics.
- Support plant layouts and line balancing.
- Conduct time and motion studies to ensure operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with quality, engineering, and production to resolve technical issues.
- Contribute to internal and external audits related to industrial processes. What We're Looking For
- Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 5–6 years of experience in supervising manufacturing processes, industrial processes, and/or continuous improvement.
- Experience leading personnel.
- Knowledge of end-to-end assembly processes.
- Technical knowledge: methods of time and motion, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma; data analysis tools (advanced Excel, Minitab desirable); basic ERP and manufacturing systems knowledge.
- Competencies: analytical thinking and problem-solving; teamwork and effective communication; proactivity and results orientation; adaptability in dynamic and multicultural environments. Nice to Have
- Desirable: Minitab proficiency.
