Job title: Operations Supervisor- Fillmore Minneapolis
About the Role The Operations Supervisor will oversee the in-venue operations staff at Fillmore Minneapolis and support the Operations Manager with day-of-show tasks. This role is focused on predominantly show hours with limited non-show hours to ensure smooth event operations and top-notch guest experience.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the in-venue operations staff and perform day-of-show duties in coordination with the Ops Manager and other supervisors.
- Respond to elevated staff and guest inquiries and concerns regarding shows, artist meet-and-greet packages, amenities, VIP program and seat upgrades.
- Address guest concerns and complaints related to security and customer service situations, and follow up with Security and Guest Services to ensure service standards are met.
- Perform opening, running and closing duties according to Live Nation policy.
- Inform guests of venue amenities and make recommendations.
- Work predominantly show hours with very little non-show hours.
