Job title: Operations Supervisor - Distribution
About the Role The Operations Supervisor - Distribution leads frontline associates and oversees warehouse operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement across DHL's distribution network. You will implement processes to optimize operations and guide a productive team in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates by providing coaching, guidance, and support as needed, while also developing a strong team culture of inclusion and belonging.
- Take proactive measures to uphold compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a culture of heightened safety awareness throughout the organization.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track performance and identify areas of improvement. Provide regular reports and analysis to management with recommendations for enhancing warehouse operations.
- Foster an environment of open communication and collaboration, facilitating regular and effective dialogue among leadership and associates to promote transparency, alignment, and teamwork.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
- 1+ years operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role, preferred.
- 1+ years logistics industry experience, preferred.
- Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills, preferred.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $62,500 - $70,000 annually (national). For roles in California the range is $70,304 - $82,000 and for roles in Washington the range is $80,169 - $82,000.
