Job title: Operations Supervisor - Distribution
About the Role The Operations Supervisor at DHL Supply Chain leads the execution of warehouse operations on the distribution floor, guiding frontline associates and driving safety and operational excellence. This role focuses on implementing processes to optimize efficiency and support DHL’s reputation as a global leader in contract logistics.
What You'll Do
- Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates by providing coaching, guidance, and support, while developing a strong culture of inclusion and belonging.
- Take proactive measures to uphold compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a culture of heightened safety awareness.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reports and analysis to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
- Foster an environment of open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates to promote transparency, alignment, and teamwork.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
- 1+ years of operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role (preferred).
- 1+ years of logistics industry experience (preferred).
- Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills (preferred).

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $62,500 - $70,000 (national). For roles in California the range is $70,304 - $82,000 and for Washington $80,169 - $82,000.
