Job title: Operations Supervisor - Distribution
About the Role The Operations Supervisor - Distribution leads a frontline team in a DHL Supply Chain warehouse, ensuring safe and efficient operations while implementing processes to optimize performance across the facility and network. You will coach, develop, and guide associates and partner with leadership to drive success and maintain DHL’s safety and productivity standards.
What You'll Do
- Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates by providing coaching, guidance, and support as needed, while developing a culture of inclusion and belonging.
- Proactively uphold compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering heightened safety awareness.
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, track performance, and provide regular reports and analysis to management with recommendations for improvement.
- Facilitate open communication and collaboration among leadership and frontline teams to promote transparency, alignment and teamwork.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
- 1+ years operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role, preferred.
- 1+ years logistics industry experience, preferred.
- Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills, preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $62,500 - $70,000 per year (national); California: $70,304 - $82,000; Washington: $80,169 - $82,000.
