Job title: Operations Supervisor - Distribution
About the Role The Floating Operations Supervisor supports coverage across multiple shifts and departments as needed. The position will float to cover supervisor absences due to PTO, vacancies, or other business needs. Standard schedule is typically Tuesday–Friday, with flexibility to cover 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, and Weekend Days.
What You'll Do
- Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates by providing coaching, guidance, and support, while fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging.
- Uphold compliance with health and safety regulations and promote heightened safety awareness across the organization.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics; provide regular reports and analysis to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improving warehouse operations.
- Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates to promote transparency, alignment, and teamwork.
- Drive the implementation of processes to optimize warehouse operations and support the overall success of DHL Supply Chain.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $62,500 - $70,000 annually (national); California range $70,304 - $82,000; Washington range $80,169 - $82,000.
