About this role
What you will enjoy doing
- You will oversee operations of an Air Separation Gas Plant supplying high-purity gases to a semiconductor customer, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient plant performance
- Lead, supervise, coach, and develop a team of analytical/instrumentation and electrical technicians, providing guidance in operations, field rounds, and customer interface activities
- Schedule, assign, and coordinate daily work activities to ensure adequate staffing, operational continuity, and effective execution of plant operations
- Foster a culture of safety, compliance, accountability, and operational excellence throughout the facility
- Further, you will coordinate daily activities across the control room, field operations, and Customer Use Point building to support production and customer requirements
