Our Team
The role supports GP Recycling operations, with a focus on export container information and coordination with suppliers, truckers, shipping lines, and transportation stakeholders.
What You Will Do
- Enter export container details accurately and within required documentation cutoffs.
- Capture container information received from supplier and trucker emails, spreadsheets, and PDFs in FOPS.
- Track and verify container information using ClearMetal and shipping-line websites.
- Identify discrepancies between container information provided by suppliers/truckers and shipping lines.
- Escalate potential data inaccuracies to transportation dispatchers for resolution.
- Help minimize container-detail revisions after sailing through timely and accurate data entry.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Willingness and ability to work 9-hour rotational shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM IST and 2:30 AM IST.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Previous experience working rotational shifts.
- Experience in data entry, logistics, shipping, export documentation, or a related operations environment.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to identify data discrepancies.
- Ability to organize and complete time-sensitive tasks effectively.
