About this role

About the role 🌟

We run a high-volume live online learning operation, delivering a large number of classes every day through a broad network of teachers. Every booked class must start on time and be taught.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will own scheduling accuracy and class coverage, and turn operational data into decisions. This is a fast-paced, real-time environment where issues happen live and need to be resolved live.

Key responsibilities 📝

  • Build and maintain teacher schedules across multiple platforms
  • Monitor live delivery to ensure every booked class and lesson is covered and taught
  • Manage teacher unavailability, no-shows and last-minute gaps
  • Analyse attendance, utilisation, cancellations and SLA performance, and flag trends early
  • Produce accurate daily and weekly operational reports
  • Work with team leaders and support teams to resolve incidents quickly
  • Identify and implement process improvements that reduce manual work and missed classes

Requirements

  • 1–3 years' experience in scheduling, workforce management, operations or data analysis
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, conditional logic)
  • High attention to detail and calm decision-making under pressure
