Operations & Regulatory Support Executive

What you will do

Process custom orders and repair requests accurately and in a timely manner

Scan and submit customer ear impressions to production for manufacturing activities

Coordinate with Production, Audiologists and Customer Service teams to clarify and expedite orders and repairs

Verify repair orders and ensure smooth progression through operational workflows

Maintain ERP master data including export labels, sales add-ons and repair replacement information

Prepare, maintain and archive product registration documentation to support regulatory submissions.

What you bring

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in administrative support, order processing or related operations functions

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Logistics, Science or a related field

• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel

• Strong attention to detail with good organisational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
