About the Role The role leads the Operations Quality organization within LEONI, responsible for governance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across production facilities. The person will supervise the team, drive corrective actions, and coordinate quality problem resolution to protect customers and business results. What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise the Operations Quality org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs.
- Identify improvement opportunities and provide consulting to improve service delivery.
- Ensure standard and governance adherence and proper process execution.
- Lead direct reports and plan team activities to cover all activity stages and respond to requests.
- Define team objectives, tasks, responsibilities, provide instructions, monitor and evaluate results.
- Identify training and development needs of direct reports; support professional development.
- Propose and apply measures to improve team performance, organizational flexibility, succession planning, coaching, change management, personal growth.
- On shift level: authority to stop production lines and delivery of products for non-conformities and release after corrective actions (immediate, corrective and preventive).
- Decide and supervise sorting activities (sorting, firewall) to protect the customer and ensure follow-up of quality costs.
- Manage cross-functional resolution of quality problems escalated by production segments or customers; ensure transversal solutions across facilities. What We're Looking For
- Education: University degree in Technical (Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) / Industrial Engineering / Quality / Supply Chain.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in relevant field.
- Languages: French, English.
- Social competences: Communication / Social & intercultural sensitivity / Change management / Target & result orientation / Motivation & resilience / Self-organization / Conflict management / Teamwork.
