About this role
About the Role The role leads the Operations Quality organization within LEONI, responsible for governance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across production facilities. The person will supervise the team, drive corrective actions, and coordinate quality problem resolution to protect customers and business results. What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise the Operations Quality org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs.
- Identify improvement opportunities and provide consulting to improve service delivery.
- Ensure standard and governance adherence and proper process execution.
- Lead direct reports and plan team activities to cover all activity stages and respond to requests.
- Define team objectives, tasks, responsibilities, provide instructions, monitor and evaluate results.
