About this role
The Operations Project Assistants will be responsible to assist the Operations Director with Annual Maintenance Period (AMP) projects.
What you will contribute
- Maintain organized work area.
- Provides flexible support across departments by assisting with AMP projects, tasks, and operational needs as they arise.
- Assist with pack-up or set-up of vessel and off-ship sites, if applicable.
- Attend department meetings/devotions on all workdays.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Understand and apply servant leadership, work collaboratively, and demonstrate accountability.
- Requires physical endurance for manual labor, including frequent bending, kneeling, and light-weight lifting (+/- 20lbs/9kg)
- Be capable of standing or walking for 8 hours a day, including climbing multiple flights of stairs.
- Basic technical skills for utilizing tools preferred – screwdrivers, spanners/wrenches, LM keys, etc.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
