What You Will Do

Analyze operational processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and optimize resource allocation.
Develop and implement data-driven strategies to support business growth and scalability.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making.
Assist in the creation of operational documentation and standard operating procedures.
Support the team in project management tasks to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by proposing innovative solutions.

Ideal Candidate Background

1–5 years of experience in operations, process analysis, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, adapting to changing priorities.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred

Familiarity with B2B software development and AI technologies.
Experience in developing and implementing operational strategies in a tech-focused company.
Knowledge of SMS communication platforms or similar technologies.

Compensation and Benefits
