- We are looking for a reliable, organized and detail-oriented Operations Personnel to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and arrange gift items according to orders and specifications
- Handle printing, personalization, packaging and quality checks
- Ensure orders are correctly packed and ready for dispatch on time
- Maintain inventory and keep the workspace clean and organized
- Support with receiving and organizing new stock
- Work closely with the sales and logistics team
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all operations tasks
- Assist with other operational tasks as needed.
Requirements
- SSCE or higher
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently and handle multiple tasks
- Basic computer skills (for order updates and inventory)
- Reliable, hardworking and a team player
- Must be willing to work from our Surulere, Lagos store.
