• Directly integrated into the Operations & Optimization team of the TotalEnergies Marketing & Services affiliate in Singapore, your main responsibilities will be to contribute to operational performance improvement, support digitalization projects, and assist transportation and logistics activities across the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions.

• Activities

Your main responsibilities:

• Contribute to the deployment of operational excellence initiatives across the region.

• Participate in operations and systems digitalization projects.

• Support the automation of terminals and related activities.

• Support transportation and logistics-related projects.

• Analyze operational performance indicators.

• Develop monitoring tools and dashboards.

• Conduct operational assessments of affiliates.

• Deliver training sessions and facilitate the sharing of best practices.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes.

• Collaborate with Operations, HSE, Supply, and Projects teams.

• Candidate Profile

• You hold a minimum Master’s degree (Engineering School or University Degree) in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management.

• You have a first experience in an industrial, supply chain, or operations environment.

You have skills in:

• Continuous improvement;
• Operational performance analysis;
• Project management;
• Logistics and transportation;
• Process digitalization.

You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly:

• Excel;

• PowerPoint.

• Knowledge of Power BI and SAP would be an asset. Experience in the energy sector would be an advantage.

• A minimum B2+ level in English is required. A minimum B2 level in French is also required.
