Job title: Operations Officer/Dispatch rider
We are seeking an Operations Officer/Dispatch rider to coordinate courier and dispatch activities, ensuring timely deliveries, effective driver management, and compliance with company procedures and client service-level agreements.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily courier operations, including pickups and deliveries.
- Assign and monitor drivers and dispatch riders.
- Track shipments and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Ensure timely collection and proper filing of Proofs of Delivery (PODs).
- Maintain accurate operational records and prepare reports.
- Liaise with customers, branches, and internal departments.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and client SLAs.
Compensation
- Salary: N120,000
