We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Operations Officer
Location: Ijaiye, Along Moniya/Iseyin Road, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Implement daily production plans
- Monitor processing activities and workflow
- Ensure targets are achieved with minimal wastage
- Supervise production staff and machine operators
- Assign duties and monitor attendance and performance
- Ensure availability of raw materials for production
- Monitor usage and prevent losses
- Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards
- Report defects, hazards, or incidents promptly
- Liaise with Warehouse Officer for supply and dispatch
- Coordinate with Facility Officer on equipment issues
- Work with Security on movement of goods
- Performing any other duties as may be assigned by management.
Salary
N195,000 - N250,000 monthly.
