Operations Officer
Platform Finance is a newly establised CBN aproved financial company, which provieds loans,investment, and assest maangement services. Our office is located in Victoria Island, Lagos state.
Responsibilities

Process customer account opening and onboarding.

Verify completeness of customer documentation.

Perform customer KYC checks in line with approved procedures.

Post approved transactions into the CBA.

Process approved loan bookings and disbursements.

Process investment bookings and liquidations.
-
Process approved reversals and adjustments.

Maintain accurate transaction records.
-
Perform daily transaction checks and reconciliations.
-
Follow up on incomplete customer documentation.
-
Ensure transaction instructions are properly authorized before processing.

Maintain customer transaction files.
-
Generate daily operational reports.
-
Escalate system errors and transaction discrepancies.

Support customer dispute resolution by providing transaction records.
