POSITION OVERVIEW Our client in the visa application and outsourcing sector seeks a customer-focused, detail-oriented Operations Officer to support visa application processing at a Visa Application Centre (VAC) in Nairobi.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 12 years of formal education; diploma and degree holders encouraged to apply.
• At least 12 months' relevant experience in customer service, hospitality, travel and tourism, administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in French is mandatory. Eligible recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
• Good typing, data entry, and information management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and professional enquiry-handling skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fast-paced environments.
• Good organisation, time management, and task prioritisation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
