POSITION OVERVIEW
- Our client in the visa application and outsourcing sector seeks a highly organised, customer-focused Operations Officer to support visa application processing at a Visa Application Centre (VAC) in Nairobi.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 12 years of formal education; diploma and bachelor's degree holders encouraged to apply.
- At least 12 months' relevant experience in customer service, hospitality, travel and tourism, administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory. Eligible recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
- Good typing, data entry, and information management skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
