About the Role UniUni is seeking an Operations Manager to support the operations team across Canada/US operations. This role assists in team development, ensures efficient workflow, and works with staff at various levels to drive smooth delivery operations. What You'll Do
- Support the Operations Manager in team development and collaborate with staff at other levels to ensure an efficient workflow and smooth operations.
- Manage and supervise the work of drivers.
- Plan driver delivery areas and routes.
- Dealing with problematic packages.
- Monitor delivery KPIs of drivers.
- Assist the operation director and colleagues in other workstreams as needed. What We're Looking For
- Fluent in English/Mandarin, basic French.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Proficient in general computer applications.
- Demonstrate collaborative teamwork spirit.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Have a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.
- Willing to work variable shifts/overtime. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $18 CAD/hr.
