Job Description
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the store and make sure daily tasks are done on time.
- Supervise and schedule staff, and keep service and hygiene standards high.
- Manage stock and supplies, and make sure products are available for customers.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations, and report on sales and operations to the owner.
Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience in operations, store management or a similar role.
- Good leadership, organisation and communication skills.
- Able to work with little to no supervision.
- Able to commute to Wuse 2, Abuja and resume immediately.
