Overview
Roxbury Leisure Homes, a real estate company focused on constructing affordable housing in Lagos, is seeking a proactive, organised, and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate teams, and improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- • Oversee and coordinate the company’s day-to-day operations.
- • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- • Supervise staff, delegate tasks, and monitor performance.
- • Ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- • Monitor operational expenses and ensure efficient use of resources.
- • Identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- • Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements
- • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- • Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
- • Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- • Ability to multitask, manage teams, and work with minimal supervision.
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business tools.
