Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily business operations, staff performance, and productivity.

Manage order processing, packaging, inventory, and deliveries.

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

Coordinate suppliers, logistics, stock control, and customer service.

Drive operational efficiency, digital sales, and business profitability.

Prepare management reports and implement process improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements
-
Bachelor's Degree/HND in a relevant discipline.

Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience for the Operations Manager role.

Experience in food processing, FMCG, retail, hospitality, sales, or logistics is an advantage.

Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in digital tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office.

Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Demonstrated leadership and team management skills for the Operations Manager position.

Salary: N85,000 - N120,000 / month
