Global Rainbowbird Partners' client, a growing restaurant and bar, is seeking a smart, energetic Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, engage customers, and drive sales. Location: Surulere, Lagos Role: Operations Manager (Restaurant & Bar) Job Type: Full-time Work Mode: On-site Experience: 2–5 years Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦200,000 monthly (depending on ability and sales performance)
Requirements
- OND with 2–5 years' experience
- Strong business acumen and proven ability to drive sales
- Excellent customer engagement and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use social media platforms for business promotion
- Good and polite spoken and written English
- Ability to keep accurate records of daily business activities
- Smart, proactive, and capable of supervising staff and managing operations
