This unique opportunity places you at the intersection of project delivery, operational readiness, and manufacturing leadership, where you will build the foundation for a high-performing manufacturing organization while driving startup readiness, workforce development, cross-functional integration, and commercial launch success. As the site transitions into operations, you will lead Manufacturing Operations and help create a culture of safety, quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement that supports patients around the world.
