Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day marketplace operations and order fulfilment
- Lead shopper onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Coordinate retail partner onboarding and operational readiness
- Improve fulfilment quality, order accuracy, substitutions, and delivery performance
- Develop and document SOPs and operational processes
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives that improve speed, quality, and cost efficiency
- Develop and monitor operational KPIs and dashboards
- Use data and operational insights to improve business performance
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Care, Business Development, Finance, Marketing, and People
Preferred Background:
- Experience in technology, e-commerce, grocery delivery, logistics, mobility, retail operations, or marketplace businesses is an advantage. Familiarity with operational analytics, fulfilment, last-mile delivery, process improvement, and distributed team management is also valuable.
