Job title: Operations Manager
About the Role Michael Kors is seeking an Operations Manager to support the General Manager in daily store operations, including operations, administration, sales, customer service, communication, marketing and merchandising. The role is responsible for achieving sales objectives, maintaining high operational and merchandising standards, and building highly motivated teams, with the ability to step in for the Operations Associate Manager in their absence.
What You'll Do
- Assist General Manager in management and daily operation of the store, including operations and administration, sales, customer service, communication, marketing and merchandising.
- Assume the responsibilities of the Operations Associate Manager in their absence.
- Achieve sales objectives and maintain high operational and merchandising standards and goals.
- Build a highly motivated team and develop associates to the next level.
- Inventory / Loss Prevention: Collaborate on risk management, physical security, and store cash controls; train staff on register usage; execute cash control procedures; manage shipping/receiving audits; perform cycle counts; lead LP/POS audits; plan floor/bulk flow and markdowns; update key logs and alarm codes; manage monthly security log and armored car service.
- Store maintenance: keep back and front of house organized and clean; maintain and order store supplies; ensure light bulbs are changed.
- Service Channel: maintain postings and follow-up; weekly deliverables and photos.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2-3 years retail/operations management experience.
- College degree or equivalent experience a plus.
- Strong business acumen and skill-set; strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation Range: Local Minimum Wage up to 33.75 USD per hour.
