About the Role JOIN is seeking a mid-level Operations Manager to help steer business management and operational initiatives across functions. You will drive process improvements, coordinate cross-functional teams, and help scale day-to-day operations to support growth.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily operational workflows and ensure efficient execution of key programs.
- Partner with product, finance, HR, and IT to implement process improvements and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor and report on operational metrics; own continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support strategy deployment and cross-functional project management to deliver on key goals.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience in operations management or a related role at mid-level.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Data-driven with ability to design and track KPIs.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
