We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Abuja

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily business operations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate teams to achieve organisational goals.
• Monitor operational performance and implement improvements where necessary.
• Ensure efficient use of resources and effective workflow management.
• Identify operational challenges and develop practical solutions.
• Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to management.
• Drive accountability, productivity, and continuous improvement across teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Operations Management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to improve operational efficiency and deliver results.
• Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work under pressure.
• Strong planning, coordination, and performance management skills.
• A relevant degree or professional qualification is an added advantage.

Salary

N300,000 - N350,000 per month.
