Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and results-driven ​Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, establish efficient systems, lead teams, and support the growth of our travel media business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations and workflows.
• Develop and implement operational systems and processes.
• Coordinate teams, projects, and production schedules.
• Monitor performance and ensure operational targets are achieved.
• Identify growth opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Build partnerships and support business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in operations or business management.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build systems and manage teams effectively.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.

Salary

N250,000 - N300,000 / month.
