QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must possess a minimum of HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Social Sciences or a related discipline.

At least 4 years of relevant experience in field operations, quality assurance, inspection, audit or operational monitoring.

Proven experience in field inspections, market assessments or verification activities.

Strong documentation, analytical and report-writing skills.

Proficiency in using digital tools for data collection, reporting and photographic documentation.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies and irregularities.

High level of integrity, honesty, accountability and professional independence.

Strong organisational, problem-solving and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Willingness and ability to travel frequently across cities and markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct market penetration sampling and verification checks across assigned markets.

• Inspect merchant promotional materials to ensure compliance with approved standards.

• Verify the accuracy and authenticity of top merchant tagging.

• Conduct independent physical inspections and validate reported field activities.

• Capture photographic evidence, document observations and prepare inspection reports.

• Complete inspection activities in each assigned market within 7 days.

• Identify discrepancies, irregularities and cases of non-compliance.

• Escalate inspection findings and operational gaps to the appropriate management team.
