Job title: Operations Manager
Overview
An Operations Manager is needed in Lagos (Fadeyi) for on-site work at EMEATC. Salary is ₦350,000 per month with benefits including HMO, pension, performance-based bonuses, and professional development support.

Requirements
- BSC /HND in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations/project management, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Experience managing multi-site technical projects in security systems, solar/power, ICT, MEP, or systems integration.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, and inventory control.
- Knowledge of solar PV/inverter installations and electric fence systems is an advantage.
- Must possess a valid Nigerian driver’s licence and be willing to travel nationwide.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
