Job Description EMEA Technology Company is seeking a skilled Operations Manager to lead our technical project operations in Fadeyi, Lagos.

This role is crucial for managing multi-site technical projects, ensuring efficient execution in areas such as security systems, solar/power solutions, ICT, and MEP. You will be responsible for overseeing procurement, logistics, and inventory control, driving operational excellence and contributing to project success.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operations and project management, with experience in technical environments. A valid Nigerian driver’s license and willingness to travel nationwide are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multi-site technical projects in security systems, solar/power, ICT, MEP, or systems integration.
• Oversee procurement, logistics, and inventory control processes.
• Ensure efficient resource allocation and project delivery.
• Travel nationwide to oversee project sites.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of operations.

Qualifications

• BSC/HND in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations/project management, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

• Experience managing multi-site technical projects in security systems, solar/power, ICT, MEP, or systems integration.

• Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, and inventory control.

• Knowledge of solar PV/inverter installations and electric fence systems is an advantage.

• Must possess a valid Nigerian driver’s licence and be willing to travel nationwide.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
