Job Title: Operations Manager (Construction, Real Estate & Interiors)

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Type: Full-Time

We are urgently hiring for our client, a results-driven Operations Manager to oversee site execution, supply chain management, project budgets, and client handovers for our construction, real estate, and high-end interior projects in Lekki.

Site & Project Oversight: Supervise daily site operations, project teams, contractors, and fit-out executions.
Procurement & Supply Chain: Source quality construction materials and premium interior finishes (FF&E).
Vendor & Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with architects, suppliers, and sub-contractors.
Financial Control: Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, track profit margins, and optimize costs.
Quality & Safety Assurance: Enforce strict QA/QC standards, safety regulations, and high-end finishing quality.
Key Requirements & Experience
Experience: 5 to 7 years of hands-on operational or project management experience in construction, real estate, or interior fit-outs.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Procore, Buildertrend, AutoCAD, or similar).
Core Competencies: Strong background in budgeting, vendor negotiation, team leadership, and supply chain logistics.
Location: Must reside in or have easy access to Lekki, Lagos.
