About this role
Operations Manager
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for assigned manufacturing areas, ensuring safe, reliable, compliant, and cost-effective performance aligned with site and business objectives.
- Lead and develop Production Leaders, supervisors, and other operations personnel, building leadership capability, accountability, employee engagement, and a strong safety culture.
- Establish and drive performance against key operating metrics including safety, process safety, production, OEE/downtime, reliability, yield, quality, productivity, and cost.
- Ensure strong operational discipline and compliance with Process Safety Management (PSM), EHS requirements, operating procedures, and regulatory standards within high-hazard manufacturing operations.
