Job title: Operations Manager
About the Role This role supports Burberry's Cabazon store back-of-house operations, focusing on accurate inventory control, quality standards, and a seamless client experience through effective operations and aftersales support.
What You'll Do
- Manage all aspects of inventory control, including receiving stock from hub or warehouse, ensuring accuracy, and reporting discrepancies.
- Support the sales team with timely stock retrieval, including Omnichannel and stock pullback.
- Keep the stockroom tidy and compliant with Retail Operations Standards.
- Perform quality control on all products and escalate issues to the store lead.
- Support aftersales processes (alterations, repairs, personalization) to elevate the client experience.
- Ensure stockroom equipment is functioning; raise any concerns through Ask Services.
- Handle adhoc administration (phone calls, customer service liaison, stationary and supermarket orders, general tasks).
- Assist store management with events, visual merchandising, stock taking and other duties as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate computer skills with core Microsoft software.
- Previous experience with SAP desirable.
- Ability to work well in a team and in a busy store environment.
Nice to Have
- SAP experience desirable.
Compensation & Benefits
- Expected base salary: between $19.00 and $19.50 per hour at commencement.
- This is part of a broader compensation package that may include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short- and long-term incentive packages, and company-sponsored benefit programs.
- This position is at-will and the company reserves the right to modify base salary or other compensation at any time.
