Job Summary
- They are looking for an exceptional Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the business, improve efficiency, drive team performance, and ensure an outstanding client experience.
- This is a leadership role for someone who is highly organised, proactive, results-driven, and passionate about excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, punctuality, and productivity.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field with 3 – 5 years’ experience in an Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
- Experience in the beauty, wellness, healthcare, or hospitality
- Preferably a female
