Responsibilities
- Manage all shop staff including but not limited to service technicians, lot porters, and admins
- Understand individual contributors productivity, efficiency, and capabilities
- Attend and engage in weekly service-related meetings to ensure the team is on track to hit goals
- Assign repair orders based on technician skill set
- Ensure efficiency and productivity goals are tracking on an individual and team basis
- Manage customer experience as needed
- Manage and monitor P & L, identifying revenue and labor hours opportunities
