Job Overview AquSag Technologies is looking for experienced Operations Managers to lead large-scale AI data annotation programs. You will be responsible for overall delivery, workforce planning, client communication, quality performance, and ensuring program milestones are achieved on schedule.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end delivery of large annotation programs. Manage delivery managers and quality teams. Monitor productivity, quality, staffing and program health. Plan resource allocation to meet client requirements. Lead client meetings, reporting and operational reviews. Resolve delivery risks and operational escalations. Drive continuous improvement across people, processes and quality.

Required Qualifications

Experience managing large operations or delivery programs. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong understanding of quality, productivity and operational reporting. Ability to lead distributed teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience managing AI data annotation, trust & safety, content operations or outsourced delivery programs. Experience working with enterprise clients.
