Job title: Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the operational backbone of a growing fintech/BNPL platform, overseeing merchant operations, consumer journeys, repayments, fulfilment, disputes, and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end BNPL platform operations across merchants and consumers.
- Oversee merchant onboarding, settlements, fulfilment, repayments, and dispute resolution.
- Drive operational efficiency, automation, and continuous process improvement.
- Establish and monitor operational KPIs, SLAs, and dashboards.
- Partner with Product, Technology, Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams.
- Lead and develop a high-performing operations team.
- Ensure strong KYC, AML, risk, control, and ethical-finance standards.
