Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day operational activities.
- Manage transportation of staff, documents, equipment, and materials.
- Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly.
- Conduct routine vehicle checks and report maintenance needs.
- Assist with the movement of staff to project and field locations.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, site visits, and official assignments.
- Support the procurement and delivery of materials when required.
- Maintain vehicle and movement records.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and field personnel.
- Assist management with official errands and operational assignments.
- Ensure company vehicles are kept clean and properly maintained.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- OND / HND. in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field is an advantage.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of driving experience, preferably in a corporate or company environment.
- Valid Nigerian driver's licence.
- Good knowledge of Abuja and surrounding areas.
- Previous experience in mining, engineering, construction, or logistics is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit, responsible, and reliable.
- Ability to work flexible hours when operational assignments require it.
- Demonstrable safe driving habits and good knowledge of road safety regulations.
Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
