Operations Lead

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations
- Coordinate inventory, orders, packaging, deliveries and fulfilment
- Manage vendors, logistics partners and service providers
- Maintain accurate operational and inventory records
- Identify operational gaps and implement solutions
- Support livestreams, campaigns and events
- Develop systems and processes to improve efficiency
- Provide regular operational reports to management.
Requirements
-
2–4+ years’ experience in operations, administration, retail, e-commerce or a related field

Strong organisational, multitasking and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and attention to detail

Comfortable using spreadsheets and digital tools

Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently

Experience in luxury retail, fashion or e-commerce is an advantage.
